The NOVA 20F Series Water-Cooled TIG torch (3.0 Version) features a flex neck design with improved durability and flexibility of the Ultra-Flex torch cables over previous Nova 1.0 and 2.0 versions. The new 3.0 torches feature larger head orifices for improved cooling and gas flow. New Food grade silicone torches are also used to be truly ultra-flexible. The torch design is of a universal WP- type TIG torch design which means compatible consumables are available at almost any local welding supply store that sells TIG accessories. The flex neck design flexes up to 40 degrees in the vertical plane to allow access to tight spots and to help reduce fatigue. (Keep under 35 degrees flex for maximum life.) It is rated for 250 Amps DC and 175 Amps AC use at 100% duty cycle. The 3 line water-cooled Ultra-Flex cable design maximizes portabilty and reduces total weight thanks to the food-grade silicone based torch cables. While the torch can be used at higher Amperages, the user should be conscious of the limits of the torch and that the duty cycle will be reduced while operating above the maximum Amp rating. The 35 DINSE-Type power connector measures approximately 1/2" in diameter at the connector pin. and fits Everlast all Everlast PowerTIG, PowerPro, and Typhoon, Lightning and Thunder units that are rated for 200A or more with automatic gas control. It also fits later model PowerTIG 185 units, PowerPro 164Si and others. NOTE: Measure inside female diameter of the machine-side power connector to confirm fit. DINSE 25 connectors are smaller and measure approximately 3/8" inside the female connector vs the DINSE 35 connector which is approximately 1/2" in diameter measurement . This is not a gas-valve torch.

NOTICE: This torch is a water-cooled torch designed for use with a water-cooler. Operating this torch dry without a water cooler or without coolant circulating, for any amount of time will void the warranty. This does not include "on demand" type systems that automatically stop and start water flow when the arc is started.
