6 month Trade-Up Policy

We understand that businesses grow or the demand for your services suddenly increases or sometimes the product just needs more power or capability than what you planned. We have established a general trade-up policy for units bought on this site, which allows you to trade up to a larger or more advanced machine within the first 6 months of ownership of the original item for credit against a larger or more advanced unit. For more details click below. Keep in mind there will be offsets due to use and condition of the product against the return value and our cost to ship/return.
