The Red Sabre Dual Spool Wire feeder is designed to work seamlessly with all RedSabre Laser Welders. The cabinet is mounted on wheels so it can be moved around easily within the shop. Both spools use a 4 roll drive system which allows the unit to reliably feed wire to the laser torch head without issues. Delivering 2 wires to the gun at a time offers the advantage of faster welder and better gap filling capabilities.

The large digital screen offers full control of wire feed function. It has wire feed delay start to coordinate with the timing of the laser to be able to give the time for the puddle to develop. It also has a wire retract function to prevent the wire from starting in a cold puddle. The Red Sabre Single Wire feeder works with the laser system and coordinates wire delivery so that consistent and high quality welds are easily achievable with minimal training.

This unit includes control cable, twin wire feed gun nozzles and wire tubes for immediate setup.
