The PowerCart 300 is designed to be a welding cart that does it job with simplicity and functionality. It is a work horse and will carry the load and will hold up to a 9" full size cylinder. This cart is built on the same plate form as the PowerCart 301 and 500 but fits older units

Rated at 400 lbs, this cart is overbuilt for it's payload. It is designed to fit current large frame redesigned 2025 and newer model welders with three handle possibilities (Front / Central / Rear) that are 400A and under. This includes the PowerTIG 400EXT, Hurricane 220 MTS-C, Lightning MTS 225, Lightning MTS 275 with the PowerCool W401 water coolers all with the updated design. For newer models fitted with three handles (front, middle, and rear) or a different configuration from the one pictured above, see the PowerCart 301 or 500.

The cart is designed to capture and fix the cooler to the cart without moving or sliding off. When the welder is stacked on top and locked into the cooler mating surface, the top bar on the unit clamps down to the top and keeps it from toppling off the cart. The low profile design helps keep a compact shop profile so that it rolls out of the way and stores without much wasted space. The large wheels combined with heavy duty, roller-type bearing allow the cart to glide over most shop surfaces with ease.
