The 50-60A SG 55 Plasma torch is a High Frequency Start torch that has no pilot arc. This means the torch must be touched to initiate the arc. This torch fits original style Everlast SuperCut series units with threaded connectors. The torch should not be substituted for an AG 60 due to the lack of pilot arc. It cannot be used in place of any S series or iPT series plasma torches.
