The NOVA 17V Rigid Neck Torch uses a gas valve to manually control gas flow. This fits all Cyclone units over 200A (does not fit Cyclone 200ES) with DC Lift TIG function as well as any Everlast PowerArc 200A+ Stick unit with lift/scratch start and no built-in gas solenoid, such as the PowerArc 300ST. It is rated for 150A DC use and 120A AC use for medium to light welding. This torch is also called a "TIG-Rig" in the industry and is often used for lift start DC only TIG units without a gas solenoid. The gas line attaches direct to the gas regulator. This torch uses the larger DINSE 35 (1/2" diameter pin on the power connector). This torch interchanges consumables with most standard WP-Type torches which can be bought in local welding supply stores, or here on this site. NOTICE: This unit comes with a quick connect coupling for gas, so it will need an additional quick coupling adapter to adapt to a gas regulator.
