IPT-80 Hand Plasma Torch Blow Back Start 24 Ft. Central Connector

The iPT 80 is a non-contact, blow back start style 80A rated torch with pilot arc designed for hand cutting. Natively fits PowerPlasma 82i plasma cutters. It also fits older model Powerplasma 80S models. Can be used on PowerPlasma 102i as an option up to 80 amps with smaller consumables for more reduced kerf width on thin metals. Consumables should be changed to fit the Amperage. Can be fitted with consumables ranging from 20-80A in capacity (.6-1.2mm/1.4mm orifice). This type of torch uses the consumable shoulder to initiate the arc by "blowing back" the spring loaded consumable with air pressure during start to strike an arc. (This is the standard type start for most modern plasma cuttings systems under 150A.)
