The small 60 lb. unit includes wheels for portability and a fume funnel and positionable hose so that the welding fumes can be removed directly at the source. A three stage filtration system assures 95% filtering efficiency, resulting in cleaner filtered air that also cuts down on dirt and dust in the environment. The Cyclo-Air air filtration unit is variable speed so that the perfect amount of air flow can always be achieved.

The Cyclo-Air S750 moves up to 750 cubic meters per hour (approximately 440 cubic feet per minute) of air volume for rapid evacuation of welding fumes. If fume extraction MIG guns are used, the Cyclo-Air S750 can be connected to the Gun to pull fumes away from the work before they have time to enter the general area.

The unit is designed to fit into our welding booths and is perfect for production facilities and welding schools with assigned work stations. Noise is low at only 76dB at full fan speed. If the unit becomes plugged with dust or soot, the unit features a fused protection to prevent damage to the motor.
