PowerPlasma 150H

The latest model of the PowerPlasma line is designed to offer serious cutting power to our industrial users who routinely cut over 1" thick plate, all the way up to 2" plate. The  rugged 150A output with the option to have an air cooled or  water cooled torch gives you the ability to expand your cutting thickness greatly whether hand cutting or using it with automated cutting devices.  The IGBT-based Plasma cutter includes needed features for high amp cutting such as pierce and slope settings which allow the user to preprogram performance and output simply from the panel of the machine.   The unit uses the industry standard type start which uses High Frequency on machines over the 125A category.  While this unit is designed for use with CNC, this is meant for industrial grade CNC tables with fully shielded cables and electronics. This unit should not be considered for consumer grade or commercial grade machines that are not fully shielded.  The unit features a pilot arc for expanded metal and uneven cutting surfaces which allows the torch to continue cutting without retriggering. The unit comes standard with an Innotec LT-151 torch. This torch is an ergonic designed torch with conventional safety features to prevent accidental triggering of the plasma arc.  It also includes duty cycle and overcurrent alerts. It requires 480V 3 phase input power.
